The Grizzly Registered Organization Council's (GROC) driving mission is to support Registered Student Organizations (RSO). Empowered by the Student Life office; this organization is responsible for aiding in the allocation of funding to student organizations and providing information and support to student organizations.

Membership in registered student organizations shall be open to all students of Georgia Gwinnett College, without regard to any federally protected class, except in cases of designated fraternal organizations exempted by federal law from Title IX regulations concerning discrimination on the basis of sex.
